PICC 5 FRENCH DUAL LUMEN POWER INJECTION CATHETER

The Biowy 5 French Dual Lumen Power Injection Catheter is designed for short- or long-term peripheral access to the central venous system for intravenous therapy, power injection of contrast media, and blood sampling. The Biowy catheter is FDA-cleared for 5mL/sec power injection up to a maximum pressure of 300 psi.

The Biowy 5 French Dual Lumen Power Injection is sold as a Basic Nurse’s Essential Kit and a Primary Barrier Tray (pending).

The recommended insertion site is the basilic, cephalic, or median vein in the antecubital fossa. The catheter, which is 60 cm long for adults, is advanced until the distal tip rests in the superior vena cava or cavoatrial junction.
