New to Biowy? Create a customer account by filling out our New Account Request form. Save the completed form and email it to our Customer Service Team at customerservice@biowy.com. A representative will contact you with your new account request details.

Shipping
North America
Default shipping for all orders in stock is two business days. Non-stock items will take longer to ship. If you need less than two-day delivery for stock items, we can arrange it. Please contact a Biowy representative for shipping questions.
Latin and South America
Please consult a Biowy representative for the latest shipping rates and terms.
Europe
Biowy stock items generally ship on the day that we confirm your order. All non-stock items will take longer to ship. Please contact your Biowy sales representative for standard delivery terms and current shipping rates. If you need express delivery for stock items, we can arrange it for an additional fee.

Returns
Return Process
If you need to return a Biowy product, please start the process by filling out our Return Material Authorization (RMA) Form. Save the completed form and email it to our Customer Service Team at customerservice@biowy.com.
Return Policy
Biowy Corporation will accept the return of stock items within 90 days of the original invoice date. Returned items may be subject to a reprocessing charge. Prior to the return, you must have an RMA number. All requests for product returns must include the reason for the return, the reference part number or part number, the quantity, the lot number, and the invoice number. All returned Biowy products must be received in original packaging, unopened, undamaged, and packed appropriately for shipping. Items must be in saleable condition and suitable for restocking. Please include a copy of the original order invoice and packing slip. Please indicate the RMA number in the shipping information.
